One of the most important considerations in the procuring of telecommunications equipment is customer service. We believe without superior customer service, you will not be completely satisfied with your purchase. Chickasaw prides itself on a commitment to quality customer service and support.

Our customers have access to technical support and assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have technical personnel on call to help you with any difficulty you may experience no matter what time of the day or night.

The company’s help desk is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to answer questions you may have regarding programming, usage or management of your telecommunication system. The help desk will also help you with on line diagnostics and coordination of facility requests.

You can reach our help desk at 1-800-358-6480. Trained customer service representatives are available to come to your location for on-site training. This is a service provided with each new system and to any customer with a maintenance agreement or warranty coverage. Please do not use the online service request form for emergency after hours support calls. Call the 1-800-358-6480 number and the on call support technical personnel will be notified.
